Susca Hatton is an Afrikaans thriller writer and entrepreneur. She was born and raised in Cape Town’s Northern Suburbs.

Her writing journey began at the age of 15, venturing into the world of whodunnits.

After completing the SA Writers College’s Write a Novel course in 2022, Susca completed her first novel, Net Een Leuen, under the guidance of writing mentor, Wilna Adriaanse.

For the past eight years, the small West Coast town of Hopefield has been her home. She lives on a farm just outside the town with her husband, their teen age son, two rottweilers and two very aggressive house cats.

Susca is currently working on her next thriller.
