Return and Refund Policy

PRODUCTS

Products are available exclusively online through this website.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the product, colours and images of our products that appear on the website.

CANCELLATIONS

All orders placed through our website are considered orders and may not be cancelled once processed, unless under specific circumstances where both the customer and Susca Hatton have consented to the cancellation.

In the case of all cancellations, a 5% handling fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover our bank charges.

Returns

You have 7 (calendar) days after receiving your book(s) to request a return.

It is your responsibility to package the item securely to ensure that it does not get damaged in transit.

The original delivery charge will not be refunded and the cost for returning the parcel is at your own expense, unless the reason for the return is due to an error on our part.

We will not be able to accept the return of an item in the following situations:

  • If we receive a returned item later than three weeks after the date of dispatch.
  • If the item is not in mint condition (i.e. in the condition in which you received it)
  • If the item was personalized.

Refunds

Once we receive the items in a mint condition we will process your refund.

Your refund will be processed within 2-3 working days of the receipt of the returned items.

You will be refunded according to the payment method used when placing your order.

For payments made via EFT or Direct Deposit, we will require your banking details to process your refund.

As refunds need to be processed by the banks, it may take an additional 5 to 7 days for your refund to reflect in your bank account.
